Flexi Fare 

This is our fully flexible Economy fare. This fare gives you the flexibility to make flight changes without incurring fees. This fare can be cancelled and is fully refundable in most circumstances – at an applicable fee up to 24 hours after departure. The fully flexible Economy fare also gives you the included benefits of a checked baggage allowance of up to 23kg, Priority Check-in and food and drinks package onboard.

Name Changes 
Permitted up to 24 hours after the flight
The guest’s name can be changed on a booking up to 24 hours after the flight, provided none of the flights on the booking have been taken.
A name change fee will be applied.
The applicable name change fee will reflect the fee published on our website at the time the guest makes their request.
Name changes should be made via the Guest Contact Centre (GCC).
