Valet Parking

Sydney Premium Valet is available exclusively to Virgin Australia Business Class guests and Velocity Platinum and Gold members. You do not need to pre-book Premium Valet – just drive up to the drop-off point and you will be on your way.

Location and Opening Hours

Sydney Premium Valet vehicle drop-off is available seven days a week, from 45 minutes prior to our first flight departure until our last flight is called for boarding. The Premium Valet drop-off point is located on Departures Road, just beyond the set down area at the western end of Terminal 2.

Sydney Premium Valet vehicle collection is available seven days a week from 5:00am to 11:00pm. The Premium Valet collection desk is located inside the south end of the main Terminal 2 Departures Hall, adjacent to the Virgin Australia Check-in.

Rates 

The following rates apply when you use Premium Valet (rates apply per calendar day). Car cleaning services are also available – please ask your valet attendant for details.

Payment is made when you collect your car at the conclusion of your journey. Credit card payments will incur an additional $2.20 charge.

Changing Your Premium Valet Booking

If you need to change the date or time of your vehicle collection, please call the Valet Office between 5:00am and 11:00pm (Sydney time) Monday to Sunday on (02) 9352 7419.

Terms and Conditions

Premium Valet is available to Virgin Australia Business Class and Premium Economy guests and Velocity Platinum and Gold members only. Rates apply to the use of Premium Valet Services and are payable on collection of the vehicle from the Premium Valet collection desk. Rates are available above or at the Premium Valet drop-off and collection points. Rates are in Australian dollars and are based on calendar day periods, not 24-hour periods. Credit card payments will incur an additional $2.20 charge. Rates are correct as at 1 February 2012 and are subject to change without notice. Premium Valet at Sydney Domestic Terminal 2 is operated by Secure Central Parking Pty Limited ABN 115 997 530, on behalf of Sydney Airport Corporation Limited ABN 62 082 578 809. The contract for the provision of Premium Valet Services is between the individual using the Services and Sydney Airport Corporation Limited. The Sydney Airport Corporation Limited Car Park Conditions of Use apply, as displayed at the Premium Valet drop-off and collection points. Changes to Premium Valet bookings (for example, changes to the vehicle collection date and time) can only be made by the individual using the Premium Valet Services, and can only be communicated by calling the Valet Office between 5:00am and 11:00pm (Sydney time) Monday to Sunday, on (02) 9352 7419.

Brisbane Premium Valet is available seven days a week to all Virgin Australia Guests. You do not need to pre-book Premium Valet - just drive up to the drop-off point and you will be on your way.

Location and Opening Hours

Premium Valet is located at the southern end of the Domestic Terminal, accessible via Hibiscus Street. To find Premium Valet when approaching from Airport Drive:

  1. From the start of the Airport Drive follow the signs to the International Terminal
  2. At the roundabout next to the International Terminal continue straight ahead on Airport Drive (toward the Domestic Terminal)
  3. Continue approximately 1km further along Airport Drive
  4. Turn right onto Chloris Street
  5. Take the first left off Chloris Street (onto a service road)
  6. Turn right at the end of the service road onto Hibiscus Street
  7. Follow Hibiscus Street around to the southern end of the Domestic Terminal, where the driveway entrance to Premium Valet is located.

Rates are available above and at Premium Valet Reception. Rates are in Australian dollars and are based on 24-hour periods. Rates are correct as at 27 March 2012 and are subject to change without notice. Premium Valet at Brisbane Domestic Terminal is operated by Secure Parking Pty Ltd (ACN 108 043 689) as a trustee for the Secure Kings Unit Trust (ACN 31 669 236 037), on behalf of Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Ltd ABN 54 076 870 650. The contract for the provision of Premium Valet Services is between the individual using the Services and Brisbane Airport Corporation. The Brisbane Airport Car Parks Terms & Conditions apply, as displayed at the entrance to Premium Valet. Changes to Premium Valet bookings (for example, changes to the vehicle collection date and time) can only be made by the individual using the Premium Valet Services, and can only be communicated by calling Premium Valet Reception between 5:00am and 11:00pm (Brisbane time) Monday to Sunday, on (07) 3114 4242.
